Step 1: Foundations First
At GRVTY, we believe confidence comes from education. Our 4-Week Foundations Program teaches proper movement patterns, builds strength safely, and helps reduce injury risk—especially important as bodies change in midlife.

​

Step 2: Small Group Training
Our intentionally small classes allow for individualized coaching, immediate feedback, and smart modifications—giving you the benefits of personal training without the cost.

​

Step 3: Targeted Signature Classes
Choose from strength, mobility, recovery, and sport-specific classes designed to support hormones, joints, and long-term movement health.

Step 4: Sustainable Strength
This isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about training smarter, feeling better, and building a body that supports your life.

Stretch, Flex & Flow

Beginner

Move freely, recover fully, reset your nervous system. Low-impact mobility, foam rolling, and gentle stretching to improve flexibility, joint health, and stress relief. — perfect for adults 40+. 

 

Strong Foundations

Beginner

Build confidence and strength safely. Beginner-friendly or returning from injury? Learn proper form, corrective exercises, and functional strength for your core, back, and pelvic floor.

 

Supported Pilates (Yoga Hammock)

Intermediate

Strength, balance, and joint relief in one class. Using a yoga hammock, target core and back muscles while improving balance, mobility, and decompressing your joints. 

 

TRX Pilates

Intermediate / Advanced

Build muscle, protect joints, boost energy. Safe for all levels, this intermediate-to-advanced class focuses on core conditioning, joint stability, strength, mobility, and flexibility — perfect for adults 35 - 40+.
